Once received I will send you a signed copy of this document, for your records.
I , understand that I will have 72 hours from the date that I receive my puppy; to
take it into a veterinarian of my choice. I will then have two weeks to provide Dreamline Kennels, with a
dated copy of the vet check. If Dreamline Kennels does not receive a copy within the alloted time, the
health guarantee will be void. Dreamline kennels assures that puppy will be up to date with its
vaccinations and dewormings when I receive it. I will then be responsible for the remaining vaccinations.
If for any reason the puppy is determined by the veterinarian, as having any genetic disease or
un-treatable illness; Dreamline Kennels will replace the puppy, at no additional cost. Guarantee against
genetic disease is valid for six months from purchase date. Guarantee does not cover any un-treatable
illness that was caused while in my care, only any un-treatable illness' while in the breeders care. If
puppy was shipped, Dreamline Kennels will pay for the new puppies shipping. Buyer will be
responsible for shipping of the first puppy back to Dreamline Kennels. The name "Dreamline"
will be kept in the registered name for the life of the dog.

Dreamline Kennels reserves the right to inspect dogs condition at any time. And you must also send
pictures of the dog at six months, and at 1 year of age. If we determine that the puppy is being kept in
unsatisfactory conditions, and/or we have reason to believe that you are using your dog for illegal
activities; we have the right to take the dog and registration papers back, at no expense to Dreamline
Kennels. Dreamline Kennels is in no way responsible for any damage, accident or injury resulting from
the dog. If for any reason you can no longer take care of your dog you must first contact us, and let us
know. Deposits are non refundable, but deposit can be transferred to a different puppy.
If puppy is to be shipped, purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Purchaser is
also reponsible for knowing and following any ordinances in city/state in which puppy will be
placed. Puppies will be shipped out at 8 weeks of age unless other arrangements have been
made. If the puppy has had its ears cropped it will be shipped 2 weeks after the procedure
occurred instead. (This means that if puppy was 7 weeks at time of procedure, it will be
shipped at 9 weeks.)
